Who we are

Plant Monthly is a trading style of CW Asset Finance. CW Asset Finance is a trading name of Conor William Hull, who is an Appointed Representative (FRN 1031964) of Rural Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 630701). Registered address: 41 Fairfield Road, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, LS24 9SW. ICO registration ZB881088. We are the data controller for information you give us on this site.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the finance form: the machine, how your business trades, how long you've traded, deposit and timing, your name, business name, mobile and email.
• What dealers tell us in the dealer form.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security for up to 30 days.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To call you back about finance for your purchase and to arrange it with a lender (our legitimate interest, and steps you've asked us to take before entering a contract). Sending the form does not run a credit check. If you go ahead, the lender will tell you about any credit checks before they happen.

Who we share it with

Lenders and finance brokers on our panel, only when you ask us to look for finance. [List panel lenders or describe them.] The dealer selling the machine, if you ask us to speak to them. Our service providers: Render (hosting, EU region), [CRM provider], Google Workspace (email). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your rights
